COO, Caliche, Ltd.
Mr. Gerry Luther is a partner of Caliche, Ltd., an occupational health, safety, and environmental management consulting firm, and is responsible for both technical consultation and business development for their two (2) Texas operating locations (Magnolia and Corpus Christi, TX). He is a Certified Occupational Health and Safety Technologist and a Certified Indoor Environmentalist providing health, safety, and environmental services to clients throughout the United States and globally.
Upon retirement in 1988, after serving 20 years in the United States Air Force, both Gerry and his family moved to Magnolia. As an occupational health, safety and environmental consultant and business owner with eleven (11) employees, he has served on multiple Magnolia Community non-profit organizations since 2006. He is currently serving on the Society of Samaritans (SOS) Board of Directors and a committee member on the Magnolia ISD District of Innovation. He has also previously served on the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce (MCC) Board of Directors (2011-2014) and Chairman (2014); Keep Montgomery County Beautiful (KMCB) Board of Directors (2006-2012) and Chairman (2006-2008); and the B-geo Magnolia Miles Steering Committee (2008-2019) as the SAG Driver Coordinator.
Gerry has been married to Libby for 52 years and are blessed with three children, five grandchildren, and are members of the Magnolia

The Texas Renaissance Festival is the nation’s largest and most acclaimed Renaissance-themed event. Established in 1974, the event attracts almost half a million visitors each year to its 60-acre New Market Village in Todd Mission, Texas. This immersive experience features world-renowned live entertainment, works by master artists and craftspeople, award winning food and drink, hand-powered rides and games, and over 100 interactive characters during its nine themed-weekends each year in October and November.
Joe Bailey joined the Texas Renaissance Festival in 2019 with an objective to evolve TRF’s business practices to drive long-term sustainability and growth of the Festival and business operation. Driven by a passion for problem solving, Joe began his career with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999 and learned over time that he not only enjoyed technical problem solving, but working closely with teams and customers to develop bigger-picture business and mission solutions. He is now an experienced business leader with a track record of successfully managing change, programs, and operations in multiple industries, including Telecommunications, Aerospace/Defense, and now Renaissance Festivals. Joe is a native of Tomball, Texas and is a longtime patron of the festival. He now resides in Spring with his wife and two sons.
