Terre has over 20 years of experience in Theme Park Management, leading operations, development and construction of new attractions and rides. He led some of the most successful entertainment venues in the world by combining consistent business practices with innovative ideas, while developing additional equity in the brand. He has developed partnerships across a great number of categories and incorporated multi-platform marketing efforts, focusing on an improved customer experience to ensure growth year after year.
Terre’s first career was in the concert and entertainment Industry. During this time, he coordinated some of the largest Houston area concerts and special events while working with the biggest names in the music industry.
Terre is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, class of 1997 and a proud SHSU Alumni Life Member with his wife, Amy. He was born and raised in Texas and thrilled to be a part of the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce where is has served a chair twice, 2015, and 2018.
Kelly McDonald has lived in Magnolia for 19 years. She has been a Realtor in the Magnolia and The Woodlands areas for 17 years. Prior to her success in real estate, she worked in business development. Her background also includes international work experience in South Korea and London.
Kelly is the current Chair of the Government Affairs Council for the Chamber, advocating for our local businesses, and keeping our business owners aware of important legislation. She has been a Magnolia ISD School Board Trustee for the past six years. She also serves as the Montgomery County Housing Authority Commissioner, for Precinct 2. She is a member on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park Commission.
She is active in the Magnolia Rotary Club, serving as President this year. Kelly and her husband John have been married 27 years and have three children.
President & CEO
MG Tindall serves as President and CEO of Inspiration Ranch and has been on staff there since 2010. With more than 25 years in non-profit, her focus is increasing benefits to our community by creating lasting partnership with key community stakeholders. Her strengths are strategic planning, leadership, and problem-solving.
Before joining the ranch, she was the Director of the Children’s Ministry for Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, IL. While at Willow Creek, MG was a member of the Top 50 Leaders.
She is a native of Houston and studied Special Education at Texas Tech University. MG is married to John Tindall and has 2 children, Kali and Cole.
